Pestmaster services, Inc. was founded in April 1979 with a vision of providing the most effective pest management service possible, while maintaining an earnest concern for our environment and safety. Our level of customer satisfaction is high and we have received many awards and letters of appreciation from both government agencies and private contractors. Today that same vision is the driving force behind our company.
Nationwide we currently serve thousands of residential customers, local city govenments, large government facilities, contractors, schools, restaurants, real estate companies and landscapers for pest control services. Golf course applications, weed control operations, insect and disease treatments are all routinely completed by Pestmaster Services to literally thousands of accounts, nation-wide. From the homeowner to full base operating contracts at locations such as West Point Military Academy, NY and the Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, FL, Pestmaster Services, is capable, conscientious, and committed to providing the best level of service to our clients.
We are an industry leader in the usage of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and specialize in using pesticides as a last resort not a first choice. Our expertise with IPM allows us to privide quality consistent service to many of our clients who have sensitive areas such as hospitals and schools.
Pestmaster Services works closely with the pesticide manufacturers and distributors to stay on the ?cutting edge? of the industry. Because of the size of our affiliation, we receive additional training and consultation that other firms do not. Because of this, we can always use the most efficient methods of pest management. Of course, as is stated earlier, our preferred method of pest management is through non-chemical methods via Integrated Pest Management. If we must subscibe to a pesticide approach, we will take care to select the lowest toxic materials available, with no negative impact on the environment.
STAFFING AND TRAINING
At Pestmaster Services, Inc., we are careful and consistent about all parts of our mission. One the first key points is to provide quality staff. When a person applies for employment, we perform a full background screening process including credit, criminal history and reference checks and a full drug screening. Only persons with the character and qualifications meeting our standards are hired.
Once hired by Pestmaster Services, Inc., a full training program is started for that staff member. Initially, a staff member is introduced to our corporate mission and paperwork. Included in that is our employee handbook which covers all corporate policies, standards, employee conduct, and interation issues. From there, a technician will begin a training program with a manager or senior staff member who has demonstrated capability in IPM procedures. This training is both classroon and field based. After completing this phase, the technician is then assisgned customers and is closely reviewed daily by the manager. The level of intensive supervision is determined by the progress of the employee.
Pestmaster Services, Inc. conducts weekly safety and procedure meetings with all staff members. Items covered are vehicle safety, driving safety, product introduction, application methods, new products, spill procedures, and also entails an inspection of the vehicles.
Pestmaster Services, Inc. also conducts formal training for managers three times per year where all Pestmaster managers come together in a central location and receive formal training from industry professionals.

In addition to ridding complexes of gophers, ants, spiders, roaches, fleas, and other pests, our firm can also treat for:
Periodic Pests: Mosquitoes, Bees, Nuisance Birds, Live Animal Trapping, Termite Reports for Escrow and Preventative Treatments.

Growth Regulators: Prevent fruit set on: Olive, Pittosporum, Katfir and Natal Plum
Control growth and limit pruning on Trees, Shrubs and Ground Cover.
